Jessi Moore earned her Bachelor of Science in Anthropology in 2019 and her Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology in 2023. Her academic path has always been guided by one central question: how do people learn, connect, and make meaning in the world around them? Anthropology sparked her fascination with culture, human behavior, and perspective. Instructional design gave her the tools to turn that curiosity into action by building thoughtful, engaging learning experiences that focus on attaining success. Over the past five years, Jessi has worked in higher education, collaborating with academic leaders to design and refine courses that are clear, accessible, and intentionally structured.
Currently based in Houston, Texas, Jessi lives with her husband and their very opinionated nine-year-old bunny, Apple. They rescued Apple from a neglectful home when he was two years old. Jessi’s passion for animals and her deep desire to be a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves pushed her to learn everything she could. Watching Apple’s cautious personality slowly blossom into a bold, expressive little character has been one of the most rewarding experiences of her life.
Outside of work, Jessi channels her creativity through embroidery, stationery design, scrapbooking, and makeup artistry. She loves attending concerts, traveling with her husband, and creating meaningful traditions together. Whether she is designing a course, planning their next trip, or stitching a new embroidery project, Jessi brings intentionality, creativity, and heart to everything she does.
