For over 18 years, Carley Love-Sipe has been a passionate leader in the field of veterinary medicine and education. She began her career in veterinary technology, where her love for
animal health, client education, and teamwork quickly grew. Carley later earned a degree in education, blending her veterinary expertise with a passion for teaching and mentorship.
Carley’s career has evolved to focus on program management, instructional design, and workforce training. She has successfully led academic programs, designed engaging curricula, and mentored both students and sta toward achieving their professional goals. Before joining Fear Free as an E-Learning Content Manager, Carley managed a veterinary technology program, where she deepened her expertise in educational leadership and online learning.
Carley’s veterinary background gives her a unique perspective on the needs of learners in the animal care field. She is committed to creating training that is practical, compassionate, and impactful — helping professionals grow while supporting Fear Free’s mission of enhancing animal well-being.
Outside of work, Carley enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors in nature, practicing yoga, reading, and cherishing time with her family.
