General Practice

Veterinary Practice Certification Program – General Practice

This program is designed for brick & mortar general practices providing wellness, preventative and general veterinary care. This program can also be expanded to include high volume spay & neuter practices.

ER/Urgent Care

Veterinary Practice Certification Program – ER & Urgent Care

This program is designed for practices focusing on emergency and/or urgent care. Fear Free understands that this type of veterinary care requires unique thought when it comes to implementing Fear Free techniques. As with all certification standards, these standards have been developed with a specific set of advisors versed in emergency and urgent care veterinary medicine.

Pricing

Membership enrollment and annual membership renewal is based on the number of FTE (full-time equivalent) veterinarians on staff and includes practice program-specific memberships for all staff members.

General Practice Pricing

Number of FTE Veterinarians

1 DVM $850/year
2-3 DVMs $ 1,700/year
4-5 DVMs $2,200/year
6-9 DVMs $3,000/year
10-14 DVMs $3,500/year
15+ DVMs $4,000/year

This cost includes memberships for all staff including part-time, seasonal, and relief staff. This practice-level membership will renew annually based on the number of full-time equivalent veterinarians on staff at the time of renewal.

Triennial Recertification

Every three (3) years, your practice will complete a recertification process in which your team will update any previously submitted documents, provide any new standard operating procedure (SOPs), and provide recorded patient visits for review.

ER & Urgent Care Pricing

1-3 DVMs $1,500/year
4-9 DVMs $ 2,800/year
10-29 DVMs $3,500/year
30+ DVMs $5,000/year
